At Shrimath, we integrate principles from Yoga, Tantra, and Veda to offer participants a holistic experience of all limbs, beyond popular Asanas and Pranayama, from the six Indian philosophical systems.
This government-approved course, endorsed by Indian Yoga Association, holds recognition from World Yoga Federation (WYF) and Yoga Alliance International (YAI) for 200 hrs Certification, with partial YACEP eligibility.
This is designed as a superior course to the standard 200hrs Yoga Teacher Training Course. The IYA syllabus: Certificate Course in Yoga - Indian Yoga Association. Students of this course are eligible to apply for 200hrs certification from Yoga Alliance International.
In addition to the above syllabus, at Shrimath, the complete Pawanamuktasana series (34 postures), 36 other postures, 3 Pranayama techniques, 4 levels of Yoga Nidra, 2 levels of Antar Mouna and inputs from Tantra & Veda are taught.
